I read your comments concerning the Brigade Group in the Haitian churches. I recently returned from preaching and teaching a weeklong Celebration/Revival in Gros Morne village (in the mountains outside of Les Cayes. To put in short terms, this is a militant Christian movement: very similar to what Jim Jones employed in his church. I sat in horror as I watched kids rooming the church correcting adults on how they were sitting, controlling peoples entrance to and exit from the church, stupid discipline antics of youth in front of the church, and for the marching band you mentioned, more like military formation accompanied by musical instruments. They are to obey out of blind obedience. This group is nothing like a Boy Scout group, or any other legitimate youth or adult group.
