New Work with His Seed Sowers — Jeremie, Haiti
We are excited to begin a new work in Jeremie, Haiti with His Seed Sowers. Directors Don and Virginia Dugan have invited us to come alongside them and partner in their work. It has been a very long 3 months as we have been searching for what God wants us to do. During this time there were many emotions constantly going through our minds but the saying to wait patiently upon the Lord is what reverberated in our minds. We prayed constantly about where we could best be used by God. Haiti was still in our hearts and God knew this. We tried to open several doors but God continued to close them. Finally He opened the door with His Seed Sowers. We were very cautious as we stepped through but God let us know beyond a shadow of a doubt that this is where he wants us to serve.
We went to Jeremie, Haiti on February 1st to visit the mission and meet Emmanuel (the Haitian director). We visited the churches, met with church leaders and learned a little more about what was going on with the mission. We were …
